Welcome to SAGE!

SAGE is a collaboration of like-minded individuals with the common goal of improving physical environments for older adults.

Its membership is multi-disciplinary and consists of designers, regulators, operators, researchers, residents, students and all interested in SAGE’s common goal.
SAGE partners with organizations to jointly advocate for physical environments that improve a resident’s quality of life and sustains resident-centered care and aging in place.
SAGE members jury design competitions, organize and present at educational symposia, and train and conduct post-occupancy evaluations of senior environments.
SAGE supports evidence-based design research.
